No, sorry it is not elastic, it is just a web belt, but has the nice elastic strap that pushes the pod out of the pocket. The other onedoes tho it is 3+4 AOG? maybe dont know who makes it.

ya the other is a GxG or Gen X Global
I have not had much luck with their soft good before so I am trying to stick away from them.
