Brand new never used tactical vest. It was a X-Mas present the one season I didn't play at all because of being a poor college student and I bought a Spec Ops Vest the next summer. So other than sitting in my for 3 years it's brand new. If you want more info than I could possibly post about it here just look up Flurry Industries online, they can explain the vest better than I can.
I'd prefer a local sale to try and avoid the hassle of selling it online but if not I'm sure we can figure something out.
